Fast Track HR Training for Supervisors
This series was developed to provide a quick method for teaching your supervisors the essentials of HR best practices and compliance. In 8 hours over 2-4 days, your supervisors will have the tools in place to best manage staff while keeping the company safe. Up to 15 attendees at one inclusive price!

HR 101 for Supervisors
As any seasoned HR practitioner can tell you, most human resource problems do not begin in the HR office. Most problems begin in the field, plant or floor and are the result of supervisors not knowing many of their legal obligations. In this 3-hour class, your supervisors will learn how their actions can lead to legal problems for the company and perhaps involve personal legal issues as well. As litigation becomes increasingly more frequent and costly, it is important to keep your supervisory staff well informed. This class is designed to help educate supervisors regarding the variety of state and federal obligations for which they are responsible. Every supervisor who has authority over staff and every HR administrator who has not received training in legal responsibilities should attend.

Mandated Training For All Employees
The two training courses outlined below are easily completed in four hours or less. Before scheduling training, we would schedule an appointment to go over the training and materials to ensure they are a good fit with your organization and so you know what your employees will be learning. The classes below include a PowerPoint presentation, case studies and classroom reviews. VCR and TV, are required but not provided.
Safety & EEOC Compliance
The law requires employers to provide training to employees before they begin to work and annually thereafter. This course sets the stage for your compliance. Complete with classroom reviews, you will have all the necessary documentation to prove training was completed.

Sexual Harassment, Other Harassment & Discrimination
The courts have decided there are specific steps an employer needs to take to avoid being found guilty of harassment or discrimination. Training your employees is one of these specific steps and needs to be repeated annually. This course will help keep you in compliance. Classroom reviews are provided as proof of attendance and learning.
