Even though you keep telling your superivsors and managers what to do and how to act, sometimes hearing the same message from an outside source validates and adds credibility to your message.

As litigation becomes increasingly more frequent and costly, it is important to keep your supervisory staff well informed. Just visit www.eeoc.gov to learn the cost of improperly handling human resource issues! This class is designed to help educate supervisors regarding the variety of state and federal obligations for which they are responsible.
